TechNet will provide free support for approved Subway® technology including: SubwayPOS™ software*; the Menu Management System; approved POS hardware: HP, J2 & PAR; LiveIQ, LiveIQ Labour, and other official Subway® platforms.

*Please note: Our TechNet Analysts are only trained to support the new SubwayPOS™ software after it is installed.  The current SubwayPOS™ Go Live Team at FWH will continue to handle the software conversion and go live process.  To make the transition to SubwayPOS™, Franchisees should still contact their DA Office. We also cannot support SubShop/2000™, Magic Sub or other POS software because our TechNet Analysts are not trained to do this.
